How to transfer your Paid hosting to WordPress Free hosting

  • We have 2 websites which are hosted at just host and we want to transfer them from Paid Justhost hosting to www.remarpro.com free hosting where we do not get FTP details so how to transfer the hosting for both websites.

    We can have the website and database backup from justhost.

    Need help to transfer them to wordpress hosting.

    Please guide.
