How to transfer the blogger posts to wordpress?

Hi,

I am using blogger to publish my post, and now i would like to convert it to wordpress blog can anyone help me how to do.

What I mean is i want to copy all my blog post from my blogger and post it in wordpress blog. i think some of my friends know but they are not helping me. And they say by uploading some file that is downloaded from your blogger account can make you get all your posts in wordpress.\
