Were you using your own domain name at your wordpress.com site? If so, have you now moved that DN to your self-hosted site?

I was forwarding a domain name to a wordpress.com site

Now I have a self hosted site with another domain name.

Why do you ask?

Because if you had moved the domain name over to your self-hosted site, your feed subscribers would have automatically followed the feed. From their perspective, nothing would have changed. But as this is a new domain name, you can’t “move” them over. The best you can do is post about it on your wordpress.com site and give people a link to your new RSS.
