how to transfer my site data from my terminated domain to new domain?

Hi there,
I am facing a huge problem related to my website. I bought a domain to 4 months back and using wordpress is set my website. The domain I bought was from a diff service while my hosting is of diff service. Few days back my DOMAIN was terminated due to some fraud. Now, no one can access my website. So ive decided to buy a new domain and transfer the entire data of my terminated site to this new domain, though I have my whole data in my hosting.
The Problem is how can I do this I searched a lot but I cant find a proper video or a post related to my this prob. If any one of u guys can provide me a video or guide me to this, ill really appreciate this.
Note: I cant also access my https://www.example.com/wp-admin page too as its terminated nw. I can only access it via my hosting only
