How to transfer edited posts to pages

Hi I was wondering the best way to do the following ?

Every time I make a post I put it through edit post.
I also then want to then put my posts into an appropriate page so if someone wants to look up a particular article that I post they can link through to it from a page.
ie every post I make can then become a page or if I make subsequent posts on a particular topic it will also default to a page just on that particular topic.
What is the best way to set up this in wordpress ??
