How to transfer blogs content and users from old version to new.

    I want to transfer the database content for my blogs including the users info to a new website with new WordPress version installed. If someone has been experienced this kind of situation, please give me an idea on how to do it or what are the tables should I need to update.

    From: WordPress 2.7.1
    To: WordPress 2.8.3

    Please help.
