How to track pending events as Goals in Google Analytics

Hi,

Is there a way using the free version of the plugin to track pending events as Goals in Google Analytics?

By that I mean, when a user registers for an event on my site, the url after they complete the registration, is the same as that when they visit the page to register e.g. https://www.digitaldavidson.co.uk/events/seo-one-one-may-2016/

Maybe this is a premium option?

Be great if someone can put me right on this.
