How to track pageviews for authors?

Hello,

I have multiauthor website where i need to track preformance of each author . His post views . I tried to to set up custom dimensions but i dont know if it can do what i need or if I am doing it right. I need to see every post which author made with views statistics .

I am able to see when i go to users section and click on author posts . But there i need to click on every author post to see it and this is really hard beacuse authors make like 60 posts per month.
