How to track author’s page views in multi-author WordPress blog

I run a WordPress blog with multiple authors. I would like to know the pageviews for posts by each author so that I can pay them based on the data. One that excludes pageviews when their articles are viewed on the front page (with other post) would be best.

Does anyone know a solution for this, be it a WordPress plug-in, Google Analytics tricks, or other.
