How to toggle more than 1 list?

Ok, seems like shortcodes work, even if editor button does not ?? but…
Example is this with several paragraphs and a list, where it seems it can’t toggle if there’s a new <p> or list, even if the [/toggler] is at the end … And I need 6 like the following example:
