How to test the free version?

    Hello, I want to try the free version, but I don’t know how to test it.

    I want to see how the email looks like before putting in production.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi @carmolim,

    The easiest way to test the free version would be to goto your cart with an Incognito/Private Browsing window, prepare an order and take it through to PayPal, but don’t pay it.

    You can then goto WooCommerce->Settings->Cart Recovery tab, then click on Help in the sub menu.

    Then in your address bar add &debug=1 to the end of the URL and hit enter, you will see some additional options show up.

    Hit “Run Abandoned Cart” which will force that test order you just made to be an abandoned cart. Then hit “Run Email Sender” which will force send the email ahead of time.

    You can hit Run Email Sender as many times as you like to test.

    Don’t forget to delete your test abandoned cart from the list when you’re ready to go live ??
