How to test Reminder notification

  • hi support,

    I want to use this promising plugin but I can’t do it
    I created a test subscription each day and set the “Enable notification emails” reminder notification to: 1 day
    but the notification email was not sent

    An idea ?

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with email delivery.

    We have tested the plugin on our test site and found no issues with email sending. Please check if your website’s Cron jobs are enabled. You can test this by using the WP Crontrol plugin.

    We recommend deactivating the Subscriptions Renewal Reminders plugin and then activating it again (Note: There’s no need to delete the plugin). After reactivation, please check if the renewal_reminders cron is showing on the cron schedule table [ https://prnt.sc/yC_fUASHIi6H ]. If the renewal_reminders cron is showing, then emails should be sent from your website.

    Please let us know the results of your testing!
