How to temporarily stop sending notifications

    I want to do some tidying up of posts on my website – and I don’t want notifications for these new posts to go out to people who have signed up for notifications of new posts.

    I could temporarily deactivate the Email Subscribers plugin.
    But I worry that I will lose the list of people who have subscribed.

    How can I temporarily stop sending while I do this work? As it is, yesterday my website sent people an email notifying them about a new post but the post was gone!

    Kindly navigate to Email Subscribers-> Post Notifications-> Edit post notifications you wish to disable. Click on Disable Post Notification besides the “Select Notification Status when a new post is published” option. and save the changes by clicking on the save button.
