Is there a way to disable the store so that no one can browse while you are editing descriptions and prices, etc.?

    Hello @onehundredeleven ,

You can put the site in the maintenance for that duration, you are changing the details of the products. And then disable the maintenance mode.

There are lot many plugins available with this functionality.

    Thanks,

Or you could set the products that you’re editing to draft – that way the site is still active but only you can see the products that are being edited

    Hi there,

As mentioned by a few members of the community already, you could try the following:

THANK you all for those ideas. I just could not THINK last night– the “Draft” mode and “Visibility” feature just didn’t occur to me, and a “landing page plugin” that provides me with an actual maintenance mode is something I knew nothing about until now! So, thank y’all!
