How to Tell Users Apart with Similar Names

I’m running WordPress 4.9.5 and 0.7.1 of your plugin. When choosing a user from the list, I see multiple users with either the same username or first name. I can’t tell which user is the correct one I want to target because of this. As a result I have to edit a user, go check to see if I edited the right one, than come and undo the change if not and then repeat the process until I find the right one.
