How to tell the error is the plugin or autoresponder

I have a wp plugin that’s integrating with any autoresponder using html. How to tell which one is error? The people r signing up, theyre supposed to get email credentials in the welcome email. But they didn’t get it.
My self hosted autoresponder uses smtp paid service n should be reliable. While my wp plugin is a paid plugin too.
