How to tell if wp-cron.php gets call on every visits

I can schedule posts and they do get published on time, but I heard that wp-cron.php will use a huge portion of cpu power since it will get calls every time someone visit my website,

so is there a way to tell if wp-cron.php gets call on every visits? because I don’t see any trace of wp-cron.php on my access log

I am on a LNMP stack
