How to tell if cache is working properly? Debug not working

  • Ive recently install this plugin and enabled debug mode to see if its working correctly. Its supposed to place a comment in the page source but it doesnt seem to be doing that for my site, which I imagine is a bad sign. Is there some other way to find out if its working properly?
