    Hi,

    I have two questions that I didn’t find answers over the net.

    1. How to set the teaser text in the Slider Widget? It was written that: “you can use this feature by adding manual excerpt to a post or by using the more-tag”. I did so – used the more-tag – but nothing happened. There is still only the photo and title in the slider; no teaser text appeared.

    2. Is there any possibility to set the author photo in the “about” the author section but not using Gravatar system?

    Regards,
    Michal

  • Hi Michal,

    thanks for using MH Magazine lite.

    1.) The lite version of MH Magazine has not included a teaser text in the slider. I guess what you have seen is the demo of the premium version, which you can find here: https://www.mhthemes.com/themes/mh/magazine/

    2.) The theme uses Gravatar. If you don’t want that, then you can try to find a plugin to replace it.

    Kind regards
    Michael

    Thanks a lot. That clarifies things.

    Can I change font of the title in Slider Lite to smaller or remove it at all?

    Can I change font of the title in Slider Lite to smaller or remove it at all?

    Please add this to custom CSS and change the font size as you like:

    .slide-title { font-size: 24px; }

    If you want to remove it all, please add this to custom CSS:

    .slide-caption { display: none; }

    Michael

    In the premium version can you have different colours associated to the categories or something similar, so that posts can be split into sections with different colours?

    Hi Tanya,

    no – there are no individual colors for categories available out of the box. If you have further questions regarding the premium version, don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Regards
    Michael
