How to take tools of Database

  • Hi,
    I need to take the tools bar off from the dashboard, reason being It shows for contributors, which is to dangerous.
    Does any one know how to do this,

    That sound perfect. Uploaded it to my test site to try it out and got the following,

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /home/www/test.salesd.com/wp-content/plugins/admin-menu-editor/menu-editor-core.php on line 13

    I deleated the plugin and uploaded a new one, but still the same thing came up.
    May go and see what happened there.
    If you know another plugin that will do the trick I would love to know,

    I had no problem activating that plugin at WordPress version 2.9.1.
