    Hello,

I recently installed the free version of Air WP Sync. I tried out a test connection and the sync was successful. However, the website has a lot of old published posts that I want to sync with Airtable and I have not been able to figure out how. Can I know how to do it?

    Thank you.

    Hi Mohana,

Thank you for reaching out to us

Regarding your query, our plugin currently does not support modifying or adding information to existing posts in WordPress. To sync content, you will need to create the relevant records in your Airtable database first, and then generate new posts in WordPress from there, then you will be available to update your post if it is needed.

I would say you have two options:

    • Make sure all the data required to create the old posts is on Notion, delete the old posts and sync.
(don’t forget to ?map the publication date so you can keep the right post order)
?Backup your data first and ideally try this process on a test server.
    • Add a filter in your connection to exclude older posts (continue to manage them manually in WordPress if required)

    Kind Regards,
