How to Sync Responsive Design to Tablets and Phones?
-
Issue:
Currently, Spectra does not seem to have a feature to synchronize responsive settings across different devices, which can be quite cumbersome for users who need to maintain a consistent look and feel across multiple devices.
Need:
The ability to easily synchronize responsive settings to tablets and phones, eliminating the hassle of manually setting each property individually.
Example:
Images display in medium size, centered alignment, and using the "contain" Object Fit property on PC, tablets, and phones.
Inserting an image block or importing a template with an image from the Spectra Design Library.
Changing the image to my own image and setting it to medium size, centered alignment, and "contain" Object Fit property.
Current Solutions:
Using the "Copy Paste Styles" feature, but there's no guarantee that different-sized images will have consistent sizes after pasting.
Creating pre-built containers with complete responsive settings and then calling them when needed.
Comparison with Other Similar Plugins:
Elementor: Fewer responsive options, for example, no responsiveness when images are set to medium size. Alignment is responsive: Left, Center, and Right seem to automatically inherit PC settings unless specifically set for tablets and phones.
Drawbacks of this Approach:
Limits spontaneous design, as blocks inserted from Spectra or templates imported from the Design Library will still require individual responsive property settings.
Suggestions:
Spectra could consider adding the following features to improve the responsive sync experience:
Provide an option to synchronize responsive settings to all devices.
Tablet and mobile responsiveness automatically inherits PC's, unless set separately.
