How to switch to nightlies

If you download and install the nightly, core auto-ups will keep you on them.

Thanks. I understand that though. But I’m wondering what inside those WordPress core nightlies is triggering that. I’m assuming there is a toggle in there somewhere, but I’m unsure where to find it.

In the mean time I’m going to just install a nightly to get it working. But I’m just interested to know how the mechanics of it work under the hood if anyone here knows.

I read ‘what’ as ‘that’ for some reason… it’s early….

Pretty sure it’s just the version label and the api picking up on that.

Perhaps you might download the Beta Plugin and look through the code to see what it’s doing.
