How to switch plans

    I’ve been all over https://wordpress.com/plans and https://wordpress.com/me, but I don’t see how we can change the current subscription/plan level.

    Do we have to outright cancel the existing one (currently on monthly and about to renew) and replace it with the desired plan? Essentially a new order? If so, does that mean the whole thing needs to be setup again, backups lost, etc? I was hoping for an easy switch.
