How to switch off preload?

    My page https://www.phuket-trip.de is extremely slow.
    Despite wp-super cache, htaccess modification, javascript-in-the-footer-plugin, and other optimizations, it takes up to 10 seconds or longer to navigate through the site.
    Particularly annoying: the individual pages and items appear only when they are fully loaded.
    Does anyone perhaps have an idea of how to switch this annoying pre-load each page?
    I was the last days looking, but could not find anything useful. Please HELP ME!
    My provider is Strato – I know, anyway not the fastest …
    My theme is wyntonmagazine of https://www.der-prinz.com – perhaps it is the theme?
