How to switch frm block builders to Gutenberg?

    Hi! Odd question – I need opinions please, I have a lot of WP experience but I am not tech knowledgeable:

    Any tips or suggestions for migrating from block builders to Gutenberg? before I start?

    Actually, I am afraid to activate Gutenberg. I have been using block content builders, like SiteOrigins, for years within my 2 MultiSites. I’d like to switch to Gutenberg to eliminate or reduce other various builders/layout plug-ins in general.

    It seems like a bad idea, redoing everything manually? But eliminating complex plug-ins is very appealing. I use a LOT of plug-ins. If Gutenberg works it will be a game changer.
