How to submit sitemap via wordpress seo by yoast?

I have just migrated form All in one seo pack to wordpress seo by yoast and have disabled all in one seo pack.
The sitemap of my site https://www.gobabygo.in shows something like this –
https://www.gobabygo.in/sitemap_index.xml and on this page it shows 5 children sitemaps like post-sitemap.xml, page-sitemap.xml
Do I need to submit all of these 5 children sitemaps or just submitting sitemap_index.xml is enough ?
