How to submit a ticket without forcing a registration on wordpress?

    Hello!

    I just need a simple ticket system where anyone interested in our products, or has questions, can submit a ticket.

    I installed the plugin, but from what I see it is forcing people to “register” before doing so. Is there some way to have a simple form where they enter in their name, email, and their question (with a possible upload)?
