How to submit a new post?

  • Hi..
    How do I submit a new post to the outside world?
    Let me explain..
    the blog I speak of is saintlyone.com
    saintlyone.com/posttitle does not work, it says error page not found.
    I hope I have made myself clear, can someone help me please
