How to style event page?

Hi everyone!
I am using Event Manager with WP FullCalendar here.
Click on any event to see details. Is there a way to style the event page? On that page, I would like to tighten spacing, delete the (s) from the Date(s), and so forth.
Any ideas on how to style that page?
