How to store files to media library

    Can we save the uploaded files to the media library instead of a separate directory?

    Hi,

    You could create a symbolic link on the server from e.g. uploads/shared-files/media-library to wp-content/uploads/shared-files/, that way the uploaded files would be saved to the media library. You can define the folder “media-library” in the plugin settings, there’s the setting “Folder for new files”. Then create the symbolic link matching that, pointing to some folder under wp-content/uploads/.

    However, this is not a tested feature and you might encounter some issues. It worked then I tested briefly just now.
