How to stop this Hacker

Hi, like you and million sites or blogs around the world my site is spammed by more 46000 attacks in 2 days made by these ukrainian cyber terrorists and others american, russian or chinese hackers.

For me the best and efficient plugin that catch, stop and block them all is STOP SPAMMER in association with BBQ Pro Plugin dedicated to stop Brad Browser Querys attacks… Wordfence and Sucuri was inefficient for me. You can also block the IP or IP Range in your cPanel.

Good advise HostAwesome, i’m using WPS Hide Login simple and very efficient plugin. It’s very important to rename wp-login because this url is always targeted by hackers and spammers

It shouldn’t matter if you’re using a secure password, I’m not sure I understand the issue. Is this the first time you’ve been aware that hackers are trying to get in? They always have been.

Thanks guys, will try that plugin out! I limited login attempts to 4, and 120 minute lockout, but now that’s causing some issues for my users… That rule also applies to them :/ How can I make it only for admin account??? Using limit login attempt plugin.
