Since we updated the plugin the red notification bubble in the main wordpress menu moves about all the time. While this might be clever and all it is a little bit distracting when working on other parts of the website.

It looks like its called the ‘OMJiggle’ in the CSS.

While I can edit the plugin code to not display this, is there a setting or a way to turn this distracting movment off?

Hey Chris – if you want the notification jiggle to go away, you can visit our plugin settings and click to view or dismiss any active notifications. That will remove the notification itself and thus the jiggle. ??

Hi Thomas, Thank you for that and for the response.

Unfortunately there are several of us who work on different areas of the site so deleting notifcations in the admin before the relevent person who deals with Optin Monster has seen them isn’t ideal.

    – For now we just made and edit and blocked it in the css as a couple of the team found it an annoyance/distraction when working in the admin.

I finally managed to turn off the red dot. I’m so irritated by wasting my precious time on trying to stop such an obnoxious feature, I’m disinclined to use optinmonster.
