How to stop subscribe icon from flashing?

I find the pulsating/flashing of the subscribe bell icon disturbing. How do I stop the pulsating/flashing of the Webpushr subscribe bell icon in the bottom right corner? I want the subscribe bell to be visible in the bottom right corner but I don’t want it to pulsate/flash. I couldn’t find a setting to stop the flashing in the control panel. Is there any settings or CSS code or anything that would stop the pulsating/flashing?
