How to stop sending email when order value is zero

    Dear

    Is there any way to stop sending selling notifications to sellers when the order value is zero.

    When order value more then zero value only then sellers will get the notification.

    Hi @capilta

    Right now Dokan does not have a default feature to not send the order email to the vendor when the order amount is zero. If you want to have this feature then this will require proper customization.

    As per our support policy, we are unable to provide our users with a custom solution. But if you want, you can modify wp-content/plugins/dokan-lite/includes/Emails/VendorNewOrder.php this file to achieve your goal.
