I have currently attached my WP form to the popmaker. Right now the form is only visible to people in a certain country. Right now, when I fill up the form and refresh the page, the form pop up shows up again.

This is how the want the user experience to be:
When the user fills the form in the pop up once, I don’t the want the form to popup again to that same user when they refresh the page.

Is is possible to achieve this in the popup maker?

Hello @ann111 – You may want to check out this documentation on how to Set a Different Cookie Time on Form Submission This might help you with your query.

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly?rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

    Hi Maria,
I tried the link you sent and it worked. When I refreshed my page that had the form, a pop up came saying that if we proceed with the refresh, the entry on the form will be duplicated. I clicked yes to see what will happen and the entry was duplicated. Is there a way to avoid the duplication when you refresh the data? I assumed most users will click yes
