How to stop pop up appearing again after user hits X?

@newcastlecreativeco – That really depends, you would either use a cookie to disable the popup after some specific event, or you could use our Advanced Targeting Conditions extension to limit who sees the popup based on other things like how many times they have viewed a specific popup already.

So just before I look into the extension. We have been trying to use the cookie and have made as a site wide cookie that triggers on pop up close and lasts 1 month. However when testing it’s not working?

Please be advised: another important setting is that you will need to set the cookie name to the Trigger settings to be able to make it work. See this sample screenshot from my test site:?https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uQNWrv
