How to stop plugin from taking over entire site?

    We have updated Magic WP Coupon plugin, the latest version allows you to use coupon snippets to be shown only where you want. Now there is shortcode button in editor toolbar and you can use that button to generate and integrate shortcode into posts or pages. Version 2.0 is now not taking over the entire site.
