How to stop moderate notifications from blogs?

I would like to stop the notifications to moderate postings from blog. Is there a way to do that?
As you know there are tons of bots trying to post comments on the blogs, and that generate a massive amount of emails that are just junk. Is there an option to stop the email notifications AND still leave the options for comments if real people ever want to comment without getting notifications to moderate?
