    Hi,

I have installed the plugin and it has synced a number of products with google listings . I see some out of stock products synced too. Is there any setting where i can stop letting Out of stock products and even variants from being synced with the click of a button?

    Regards

  • Hey @desaiadwait

I understand that you want to exclude out-of-stock items from syncing to your Google Merchant Center.

To exclude any of your products from syncing and showing from your google merchant center, go to your Google Listings & Ads Product Feed and toggle the Channel Visibilityoption to Don’t Sync and Show. You can read more about the plugins setting here: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads-faqs/

Let me know how this goes!

    Hello,

    Thanks for the response

This will have to be done individually. Isn’t there an option to not let out of stock products sync – something like a global setting so it doesn’t have to be done manually for each individual product that goes out of stock?

    Hi @desaiadwait,

I’m afraid our plugin doesn’t offer a global setting for excluding out-of-stock products.

The [availability]attribute is used in the product feed data to tell users and Google whether you have a product in stock. See Google’s documentation on that here.

As mentioned in that documentation, the exclusion of products from the feed uses a different attribute called [excluded_destination] which is manually toggled from each product.

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks.
