    Hi,

I dont know if Im being stupid but if a user doesnt want to subscribe and they close the popup. How do I stop it popping up for them on the next page? or even the same page. At the moment if I clise the box it just keeps coming back.

    I currently have the settings:

When visitors close coupon box without subscribing: Hide coupon box

Surely this is the setting I need?

  • Hi,
Below the “When visitors close coupon box without subscribing: Hide coupon box” is the setting to set “Subscription reminder if not subscribe” which is the period of time to show popup again if visitors do not subscribe.

    Hi thanks for your reply.

That’s what I assumed and I have this set to 1 day. Previously I think I had it set to. 1 hour and thought 1 day would be better. Neither seem to make any difference though.

What’s your website url? I can take a look at it. I’ve just tested on my localhost and there’s no issue.

Amazing. I won’t be able to get it switched on until Sunday now but I will post back here when it is. Thanks so much….
