How to stop home page image from scaling

  • Hello,

    I am trying to have my home page image be fixed. This way, when on the mobile site, the image will be cropped but nicely zoomed in on. Currently it is set up by the theme so it scales accordingly to the screen size. I only have slight experience with CSS coding. I’m hoping this can be achieved.

  • If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Whoever you purchased the Nikon theme from.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    The theme is working fine, I want to add a custom change. I should have wrote “fixed” not fixed. Is there an alternate wordpress forum that I can post this question on? Forums are much more efficient and responsive then theme owners sometimes.

    I am not aware of any forums like that. All I can suggest is a search or https://jobs.wordpress.net/.
