How to stop Highlighting on menu pages

    Hello!

    Using a previous support ticket response here we were able to fix one issue of the highlighting extending beyond the search results page.

    When selecting any of the main menu pages, from the search results page, the highlighting continues.

    Is there a way to remove the hilite search query from all pages? In other words, ONLY show highlighting on the search results page.

  • Hi, the plugin is due for some updates and this has been requested before. Among some other improvements… I’ll work on adding such an option in the next release.

    Is there any way to create a workaround for this issue right now till updates are made?

    When selecting any of the main menu pages, from the search results page, the highlighting continues.

    I tried a search on your site but then clicking a menu item does not continue the highlighting on the next page. Could you describe in more detail how to reproduce the effect that you wish to disable?
