How to stop firing Google Tag Manager

    Hello.
    I deployed the Google Tag Manager code to the plugin on my site.
    Why does the Google Analytics code run when I visit the site?
    After rejecting statistical cookies, the tag is still active and I see my behavior on the web in Google Analytics.
    How to set the plugin to stop that firing Google Tag Manager tag?
