How to Stop Backup Emails

  • i dont even use this plugin anymore and its been removed from my clients site yet i still get emails like this:

    BackUpWordPress has completed a backup of your site
    Unfortunately, the backup file was too large to attach to this email.

    how do i stop these emails from coming?
