How to start over

Something went wrong with my Theme my login pages and I can’t seem to get them to restore. How can remove everything thats been done to date and start over? I’ve tried to drag it to the inactive widgets and then redrag it into my sidebar but the same settings remain and no pages are generated. I would just like to start over. Thanks.
