How to stand alone subcategory menu?

  • Hi, I’m looking to customize my navigation. My intention is to have the category menu, and “stand alone” subcategory menu.
    I have a main menu: MAIN | ABOUT | CONTACT and this is horizontal menu, when i click on contact i would like to get
    “Internet contact” , “how to get to us?”, “Map” etc. in vertical menu in sidebar.

    Please help.
