How to split Multisite?

I’ve multisite with subdomains that has 10+ blogs with plugins etc. So, I need to split one blog (or may be all of them to a single web sites) from multisite network to a single WP website. Does someone did it earlier? May be you can say me better practice to do it in correct way?
