I have 4 products which are under backorder. How to use this plugin to split orders into 2 one for regular and other for backorders?
    2) Our store is connected to third party inventory software. Will this backorder download only when its due or is it just like a regular order? How can i make sure these backorders get active only after certain date

@web040506 on settings page you will see two dropdowns which are in fact conditions for split. You can choose that when to split and after split, what status should child order set to? Please try that.

Now i will answer your queries separately here:

    1. In stock/out of stock method will work for you hopefully ~ (If this option is selected, plugin will separate in stock and out of stock items. So items will be grouped as in stock items in one and remaining items in other order.)
    2. There is no functionality in this plugin to get backorders delivered when they are in-stock again. This plugin only separated when they were ordered.

    Does this come under inclusive?

The settings seems confusing. I am not sure which one to select

@web040506 Please share your settings page screenshot.

    Thanks

@web040506 i understand, i do feel that settings are not only confusing but complex as well. Only a few users are using this plugin which asked me to develop/improve some features in it. I have to refine this plugin UI for new users. Automatic setting tab > in stock / out stock method might will work for you but as i said earlier, it will not deal with the delivery of backorders

@fahadmahmood In stock/out stock method seems to be a premium feature. Is there any other way i can split 4 sku to a different order?

Yes! it is confusing and plus i see some default option in it which scares me to think its gonna change the regular order . I deactivated the plugin

@web040506 there is a checkbox on settings page which is “Auto Split” if that is not checked, don’t worry then. Default settings will not split anything. And also keep unchecked delete original order, so you are in safe mode.

I will second you on it’s complexity, in fact it is a mixture of many users requirements.

I didn’t understand your sku related question. This plugin has no rules about SKU based splitting yet.

I cannot use the instock/ out stock feature coz its a premium. Is there any other method i can use this for my requirement?

@web040506 unfortunately there is no front end page available to test it. I will consider this request for future, for now you can see this screenshot.

i guess this plugin messed up my orders. I just enabled this for few minutes and i guess i pressed some automated settings. For backorders i guess
Now all my 17th april orders are downloaded to my 3PL software with a missing items.
I also have few duplicated orders too. Same user details but, without the payment.
WE do not check the woocommerce orders section, everything is synced to our software.
Is there a way to know which orders was this affected?

Update : Most of the orders got cloned. I am not sure what is the purpose of having the same clones orders.
WE shipped out same order twice.!
Can you please tell me how to test which orders was affected??
Backorder manager plugin shows only 3 backorders whereas in reality i have more than 30 clones orders!

Please provide screenshot of your settings page so, we can check where is the issue.

I never activated the plugin for more than 5 minutes
    1) I have only 3 backorders. Thats fine.
    2) There are cloned order for no reason. How can i check how many cloned orders were created?
RIght now, i am manually checking each and every order.
To be real, i just use the automatic settings and i felt it was not right and i always disabled.
PLease can you help me find the faulty orders?

@web040506 If an order is cloned by this plugin there is a meta_key “cloned_from” in every cloned order you can find these orders by this meta key.

    Thanks
