    There doesn’t seem to be a way to do this.
    Please advise.
    Only by most recent ticket submission date.

    Seems like this feature is missing? Thanks

    When a reply is added, the ticket modified date is also updated.

    If an agent edits their user profile they can scroll down to the KB Support Settings section and set Default Tickets Orderby to Date Modified
